- Brisbane CBD | Monday-Friday | Fully office-based

- End-to-end, multi-entity payroll | Experienced Payroll Manager
n
n
A well-established Queensland property development group is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join its Brisbane CBD corporate office.
n
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you'll work within a close two-person payroll team and process end-to-end payroll across multiple entities and wide-ranging pay cycles.
n
Please note: this role is fully office-based Monday to Friday, with no WFH arrangement currently available. Standard hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly end-to-end payrolls
n
- Manage PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax and employee deductions
n
- Process leave, terminations and workers' compensation payments
n
- Complete payroll, commission and General Ledger reconciliations
n
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll system data
n
- Respond to payroll queries and investigate discrepancies
n
- Support statutory reporting, audits and process improvements
n
n
To be considered, you will require:
n
n
- A minimum of two years' payroll experience
n
- Previous hands-on end-to-end payroll experience
n
- Knowledge of Modern Awards, National Employment Standards and payroll legislation
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
n
- Strong numerical accuracy and payroll reconciliation experience
n
n
Experience with HR3, broader finance functions or the real estate/property industry would be advantageous. A Certificate III or IV in Payroll Administration or Business would also be highly regarded.
