Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking a Senior Workplace Health and Safety Business Partner to lead a consistent safety culture across the organisation, providing strategic and operational guidance in health and safety, injury management and wellbeing.

You will report to the Manager People and Culture, shaping governance, assurance and risk-based advice while mentoring staff and driving safety initiatives across regional depots and worksites in Victoria.
