About the Role;





- Conduct training and assessment across a range of safety and construction topics

- Developing and updating training materials to ensure relevance and compliance.

- Facilitating engaging and interactive learning experiences.

- Supporting students with low language, literacy and numeracy.

- Collaborating with subject matter experts to stay current on industry trends.

- Providing constructive feedback to enhance the learning experience

- Ensure training and assessment practices align with RTO and compliance requirements

- Maintain accurate training records and assessment documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)

- Minimum 3+ years industry experience in a training or leadership role

- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

- Solid communication and presentation skills

- Ability to deliver practical, engaging training

- Experience designing and delivering training aligned to AQF standards

- Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain)

- Current Police Check (or ability to obtain)

Highly regarded:

- High Risk Work Assessor Licence

- Correctional centre training experience
