Client Service Officer - Risk | Brisbane City Fringe | $100k

Jenner Recruitment our client is looking for a Client Service Officer specialising in Risk/Insurance to work with a high net worth team of clients.

Our Client

Our client prides themselves on delivering appropriate and quality financial advice to the market with the primary focus on the needs of the client. They provide advice that assists their clients prepare for life's financial ups and downs.

The Role

As the first point of contact for their clients, your focus will be on maintaining and developing current and existing relationships with their clients, as well as providing administrative support to their advisory team.

Some of the duties of the role will include but are not limited to:

- New business implementation
- Assisting with new business in the preparation of client files
- Liaising with clients on the phone and completing their applications
- Lodgment of application
- Handling client enquiries and contact
- Printing and producingROA's
- Database management
- Liaise with insurers and Fund Managers on the client and adviser's behalf




- General Office duties when required

About You

Within your current Client ServicesOfficer position within a Financial Planning organisation, you will have demonstrated high values, integrity and have robust ethical behaviours. You will need to possess a strong understanding and articulate communication, and will need to work extremely well within a team setting.

You will be client focused and enjoy working within a professional and supportive financial planning team.

To be considered for this role, you need to process the following attributes:

- 2 years within the Financial Planning industry is essential with previous exposure to insurance would be advantageous;
- Strong administrative and organisational skills;
- Excellent communication and people skills;
- Strong knowledge of Insurance products and requirements
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products; and
- Financial Planning software experience would be an advantage, such as Xplan
