We’re building something new.

CORONIS Realty is establishing a new office in Newstead, and we’re looking for an Associate to join me at the very beginning.

This is not a role where you spend your days chasing paperwork, making coffees and being told to “get your foot in the door”.

You’ll be helping build the door.

Working alongside me, you’ll be involved in creating new business opportunities, building relationships, prospecting, developing our presence in Newstead and learning what it actually takes to build a successful real estate business from the ground up.

The bigger picture?

You’ll be trained, mentored and developed to become an agent in your own right, with the intention of joining the new CORONIS Newstead office from its inception.

And importantly, you’re not working for me - You’re partnering with me.

I’m looking for someone ambitious, switched-on and entrepreneurial who wants to learn the business properly and ultimately build something of their own.

You don’t necessarily need years of real estate experience.

In fact, this role could be perfect for someone looking to make their first serious move into real estate.

What matters more is personality, ambition, presentation and attitude.

You’ll need to:

- Be confident, personable and naturally good with people
- Have an appetite for business development and creating opportunities
- Be ambitious without taking yourself too seriously
- Be polished, stylish and impeccably presented




- Have excellent communication skills
- Be organised, energetic and willing to learn
- Have completed a real estate registration certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Have a genuine interest in property, people and the Newstead market
- Be comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation
- Have a sense of humour. A very important one.

And yes, style and chicness are imperative.

We’re building a boutique real estate brand that is considered, contemporary and a little bit different. If your idea of corporate attire is a shiny polyester suit and a novelty tie, this probably isn’t your moment.
