Recreation Officers | Approx. 15 Hours Per Week

Yindili Indigenous Recruitment is seeking Recreation Officers for multiple opportunities across community and recreation facilities in the Alexandria and Zetland area.

This is a varied, customer-focused role supporting the day-to-day operation of busy recreation facilities and programs.

The role

- Front-of-house customer service and enquiries

- Process bookings, payments and general administration

- Support recreation programs and sporting activities

- Assist with facility set-up and pack-down

- Liaise with facility users, hirers and officials

- Help maintain safe and welcoming facilities

What we are looking for

- Customer service and administration experience

- Robust communication and organisational skills

- Recreation, sport, leisure or community experience highly regarded





- Barista/coffee-making experience highly desirable

- Current Working With Children Check

- Current First Aid & CPR

Hours & Availability

Successful candidates are expected to work approximately 15 hours per week, rostered across facilities operating Monday to Sunday between 6am and 10pm.

You will need flexibility to work a range of shifts, with regular Saturdays and weeknight/evening availability required. Applicable penalty rates are paid for evening and weekend shifts.

Yindili will arrange the required National Police Check, and two satisfactory reference checks will also be completed.
