The Positive Guys is seeking a Customer Support Team Member for the Sales and Service Hub to deliver a positive post-service experience and resolve issues promptly. You will coordinate deliveries, manage claims, and work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

In this role you will support delivery scheduling, partner with Supply Chain and Stores, and ensure compliance with Consumer Law and safety requirements.
