Nursery Hands

We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking and physically fit Nursery Hands to join our team in Skye and assist with preparing our motherstock greenhouses for the upcoming growing season.

About the Role

n

Your duties will include:

n

- Cleaning and preparing greenhouses for the new season
n
- Moving and arranging pots and plants
n
- General nursery and greenhouse duties
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
n
- Assisting with seasonal setup and preparation
n
- Performing repetitive physical tasks as required
n

About You

n

We are looking for candidates who:

n

n
- Are comfortable performing physical work
n
- Have good physical fitness and stamina
n
- Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
- Have a robust work ethic and positive attitude
n
- Can work well independently and as part of a team
n
- Previous nursery, horticulture, farming or labouring experience is advantageous but not essential
n
