Who we’re looking for?

n

- Current NSWReal Estate Certificate of Registration orwillingness to obtain (with our support).

n
- Proven experience in retail orproperty management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.

n
- Strong communication andstakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.

n
- Familiarity with tenancy systemsand compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency.

The role

n

Join Knight Frank’s nationalretail team as a Retail Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations,presentation, and tenant engagement for a portfolio of shopping centres.
Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Take ownership of daily retail andtenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance andpresentation standards.

n
- Act as the primary contact fortenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships.

n
- Coordinate lease administration,compliance tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records.

n
- Monitor rental and controlarrears, including issuing arrears letters to tenants.

n




- Support marketing initiatives,retailer engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance.

n
- Assist in co-ordinating casualmall leasing activities.

n
- Partner with facilities andportfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
