Your Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation, including ordering, stock control,



and rostering
- Foster a positive team culture aligned with our brand values
- Manage labour and sales budgets effectively
- Identify opportunities to boost sales and enhance the customer experience
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and presentation in the café

You’ll Be Perfect for This Role If You Have:

- A passion for coffee, food and people
- At least three years of experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service and barista skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership abilities
