About the Role n

Working in our General Rental division, As a Customer Service Representative at United Rentals you will be a key customer contact at our branch, with responsibility for quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for equipment and services to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities n

- Promote and maintain a high level of customer service
n
- Work with internal team to facilitate efficient hire operations
n
- Attend to all customer and supplier enquiries
n
- Generate hire contracts and purchase orders
n
- Develop and maintain high levels of product knowledge
n
- Support sales, marketing, and business development
n

About You nn
- Exceptional customer service skills and well organised administration skills
n
- High level of administration and computer literacy
n
- Clear communication with a professional phone manner
n




- Good cultural fit, work ethic, and be self‑motivated

- Multi‑tasking in a high‑volume environment
n
- Experience in using CRM or ERP system
