ACA Insulations is a Brisbane-based mechanical insulation and ductwork manufacturer, working on commercial fitouts, shopping centres, and civic projects across South East Queensland. We're currently based in Clontarf, with plans to move to a larger facility within 6 months as part of our expansion.

This is an on-the-tools role. No FIFO, no interstate travel, no chasing you down for a paper timesheet - just a well-run shed, a small crew who respect you, and a genuine say in how the floor operates.

The Role

- Run the day-to-day flow of the shed - duct manufacture, job allocation, and materials
- Lead and mentor a small crew, on the shed floor alongside them, not above them
- Keep jobs moving to deadline across current and upcoming commercial projects
- Work directly with the owner - decisions get made fast, no layers of management

What You'll Need

- 3-5+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing - ideally in Air Diffusion
- Full working rights in Australia
- A track record of turning up, on time,



every day - and getting the best out of the people around you
- Ability to read and understand Construction Drawings
- Fit for manual handling, ladder work, and an active shed floor

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

- Experience with CAMduct or similar duct design/takeoff software
- Working at Heights, EWP or forklift ticket already in handA background specifically in ductwork rather than general sheet metal
