Job Description
Anglicare Central Queensland Limited in Rockhampton is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for our Homelessness team on a full time fixed-term basis. You will support people who are homeless or at risk, delivering home-based case management and referrals to housing, health and legal services.

You will develop action plans, assess needs, and advocate to maximise independence and housing options within a trauma-informed framework.
