The Role: Landscape Garden Maintenance Team Leader

As a hands-on Team Leader, you’ll guide and support an assistant gardener in the delivery of exceptional maintenance and enhancement services across high-end residential and commercial properties.

You’ll take ownership of tasks including:

- Lawn mowing, edging, pruning, hedging & shaping

- Weed control (manual & chemical), fertilising, pest/disease treatment

- Planting, mulching, turf reinstatement

- Turf Renovations and Upgrades

- Acreage mowing & general horticultural upkeep

- Reading and executing site plans

- Coordinating tasks, setting the pace, and maintaining top-tier standards

- Ensuring tools are used safely and effectively

You’ll be a key player in helping gardens thrive and representing our brand with pride.

What You Bring to the Table

- Certificate III in Horticulture (or willing to obtain)

- 2+ years of relevant industry experience

- A current police check or willingness to obtain one

- Experience in soft landscaping (a bonus!)

- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

- A detail-focused, quality-over-quantity mindset

- A commitment to safety and WHS compliance

- Confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving on the job

- A natural motivator who leads by example and supports their team
