Spotlight is seeking a commercially sharp Buyer to join our Merchandise team in Victoria. You will curate the Fabrics collection, translating global trends into compelling product ranges for curtains, upholstery, decorator and outdoor home styling.

With 3+ years of proven retail buying experience and solid Excel analytics, you will build category strategies, manage seasonal buys, margin and inventory, and lead in a rapid-paced hybrid setting at our South Melbourne office.
