Amazon Leo is seeking a Network Support Engineer to join the Network Operations Center for our global satellite network. You will diagnose, triage, and resolve network incidents, support deployment of recent capabilities, and monitor performance to ensure uptime for customers.
The role requires solid troubleshooting skills, knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing and firewall concepts, and the ability to collaborate with cross‐functional teams including security and software engineers.
