The Opportunity

Join a well-established organisation as an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor based in its Brisbane head office. You'll take ownership of the day-to‐day Accounts Payable function while also supporting the smooth running of the office.

n

This role would suit someone who enjoys a quick‐paced, hands‐on position with plenty of variety, responsibility and the opportunity to be involved across both finance and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Managing end-to‐end Accounts Payable processing across the Australian business.
n
- Oversee end-to‐end Accounts Payable activities, including invoice entry, matching, approvals and coding.
n
- Prepare and review weekly and ad‐hoc payment runs, as well as employee expense claims.
n
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment queries and disputes.
n
- Support month‐end, year‐end, reconciliations, reporting and audit requirements.
n
- Ensure accurate GST treatment, record keeping and compliance with company policies and accounting requirements.
n




- Acting as the central point of contact for Brisbane office requirements including stationery, kitchen supplies, meeting rooms, visitors and incoming calls.

About You

n

n
- Minimum 4years' experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance administration role
n
- Certificate or diploma-level qualification in accounting, bookkeeping or a related discipline
n
- Previous experience using Pronto ERP is highly regarded
n
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
n
- Heavy Industrial industry experience will be highly regarded.
n
- Experience supporting office administration or office management responsibilities would be advantageous
n
