Job Description

Opal HealthCare in Dubbo is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to be second-in-command in our kitchen, supporting our Head Chef in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our residents at Dubbo Homestead Care Community.

You will lead kitchen operations, prepare nutritious meals, ensure food safety, and step in as Head Chef when needed. We offer competitive hourly rate with penalties and superannuation, plus a supportive, values-led setting.
