- Shape the vision and direction of Mathematics at the college, leading curriculum design, mentoring and developing staff, fostering innovation, and ensuring every student experiences exceptional teaching and learning
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Mathematics, with expertise in Methods and Specialist
- Bring 5+ years' teaching experience
- Have proven leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a strong record of academic achievement and curriculum leadership and a comprehensive knowledge of QCAA and Australian Curriculum.

- Full-time, permanent position, initial three year tenure as HOD
