The Company is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead and develop the bar operation, including the bar team, beverage program, systems and procedures.

Key responsibilities

Lead, train and roster the bar team

Manage the cocktail, wine and spirits offering

Oversee stock control, ordering and beverage cost management

Develop and maintain operating procedures, checklists and workflows

Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol requirements and the venue's liquor licence conditions

About you

At least three years' experience in a senior bartender or bar management role

Sound knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits

Experience in stock control, ordering and cost management

Demonstrated ability to train and lead a team

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Current NSW RSA competency card

Availability to work evenings and weekends

Valid Australian work rights or, for the full time position, eligibility for employer sponsorship

Annual salary of $80,000 plus superannuation, for 38 ordinary hours per week plus reasonable additional hours in accordance with the National Employment Standards
