What You'll Do

- Deliver case management, counselling, and advocacy services to individuals facing social and mental health challenges

- Collaborate with community organizations and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support

- Empower clients by helping them navigate housing, AOD, domestic violence, and other critical issues

What You Bring

n

n
- Proven experience in social work or counselling, with strong case management and community engagement skills
n
- Deep knowledge of mental health, trauma-informed care, AOD, domestic violence, housing, and social services
n
- Relevant qualifications – Degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field
n
- Accreditation eligibility – AASW membership (for social workers) or equivalent for counsellors
n
- Self-motivation and teamwork – Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dedicated team
