We are seeking a proactive and organised Warehouse & Purchasing Officer to manage inventory, coordinate purchasing activities, and support the effective operation of our warehouse. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administration, supplier relationships, and warehouse coordination.

Key responsibilities

- Raise and process purchase orders
- Source and negotiate with suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and reorder inventory
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods
- Conduct stock takes and inventory audits
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries and pricing
- Support warehouse organisation and compliance requirements
- Assist with logistics and freight coordination

About you

- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, or warehouse operations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Understanding of supply chain and stock management principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
