You'll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in a secure forensic environment. What You'll Be Doing

- Conducting mental health assessments and review
n
- Developing and implementing care plans
n
- Supporting patients through therapeutic interventions
n
- Managing risk assessments and crisis situations
n
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
n
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
n
- Promoting recovery-focused and patient-centred care
n

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurs
n
- Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent)
n
- A passion for mental health and delivering quality patient care
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- The ability to stay calm, adaptable and confident in a dynamic environment
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
