Confidential is seeking an experienced ANZ Payroll Manager in Sydney to take full ownership of payroll for + employees, processed via ADP. You will oversee fortnightly, monthly, and out-of-cycle payrolls with a hands-on, autonomous approach and manage monthly bonus runs.

Beyond payroll, you will administer the HRIS system and participate in a live HRIS-to-payroll integration project, driving stability and continuous improvement across payroll processes during a period of transformation.
