The Queensland Government, through Legal Aid Queensland, is seeking a dedicated legal qualified to support National Disability Insurance Scheme appeals within the Administrative Appeals Tribunal team. You will represent clients by phone, video conference and face to face, and provide explicit guidance to vulnerable Queenslanders.
You will prepare letters, applications and submissions, deliver concise information, and apply trauma-informed practice to complex cases.
