What you will be doing:

- Carry out inspections, issue orders and penalty infringement notices
- Enforce legislation requirements and regulations whilst abiding by relevant Acts
- Investigate complaints, defects incidents and offences
- Monitor development, building and subdivision sites
- Prepare statement of basic facts, contentions, briefs of evidence and affidavits as well as appear in court.
- Assessment and determination of Building Information Certificate applications in relation to the requirements of the EP&Act; and/or the National Construction Code.

What are we seeking in our recent team member:

- Current Class C Drivers Licence
- White Card - General Construction Induction
- Senior Development Compliance Officer, 3+ years working knowledge and experience of relevant Acts, Legislation, Regulations and Standards
- Diploma/Degree qualifications in Building Surveying,



Planning, Compliance or similar field or equivalent industry experience in an enforcement role

A salary $116K Senior Development Compliance Officer per annum (plus Superannuation), with either Leaseback OR Car Allowance $15,191.80 per annum, paid weekly.
