Role: Production Operator
Location: Picton Site
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key responsibilities include:

- Operating and monitoring food production equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting processing equipment as required.
- Maintaining product quality and ensuring production targets are achieved.
- Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements.
- Following GMP, food safety, quality, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Completing production records and documentation accurately.
- Supporting changeovers, start-ups, shutdowns, and cleaning activities.
- Working collaboratively with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.




- Complying with all site safety procedures and proactively identifying hazards and improvement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience operating food manufacturing or processing equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work across different production areas as required.

Experience within the food manufacturing industry would be highly regarded.
