Unison Solar Energy is building its capabilities in Australian solar manufacturing and is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support our growing manufacturing operations.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate management of materials, inventory and logistics. The role provides leadership, direction and support to the warehouse team, with a focus on developing capability and fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

Warehouse Operations:Lead receiving, storage, picking, packing anddispatch to supportsafe, efficient manufacturingoperations.

Inventory & Logistics:Manage inventory, materialflow and logisticspartners to ensureaccurate and reliableservice delivery.

Team & Improvement:Lead and develop the warehouse team while driving improvements insafety, processes andoperational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinateday-to-daywarehouse operations, includingreceiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing anddispatch, tosafely and efficientlysupport business andproject requirements.
- Lead, develop andsupport the warehouseteam, setting clearexpectations, allocatingresources and fosteringa culture ofsafety, accountabilityand continuous improvement.
- Monitor warehouse capacity, space utilisationand inventory performance, using data to improve efficiency, reducewaste and controlcosts.
- Develop, implement andmaintain effective warehouseprocesses, procedures,workflows and workinstructions, driving continuousimprovement across operations.




- Support the implementation of warehouse systemsand process improvementswhile coordinating equipmentmaintenance
- Maintain high standardsof workplace safety, including supportingincident investigations, risk assessments, toolboxmeetings and safetydocumentation.

What you will bring

- Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse management or a similar operational environment.
- Current forklift licence and practical experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate warehouse teams.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics processes.
- Effectiveplanning, organisationaland commercial skills, with the abilityto manage resources, costs and competingoperational priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety and maintaining high operational standards.
- A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to adapt to a growing and changing manufacturing setting.
