About the role

n

In this role you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers. Your duties will be to positively engage with our patrons in a professional manner, ensuring a high standard of customer service, cleanliness and venue presentation.

Key responsibilities

n

Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding customer service experience in our buffet and sport bar area

n

Accurate food and beverage orders and working closely with the kitchen crew

n





Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar and bistro area

n

Adhering to all licencing laws and hotel policies

n

Experience working with POS systems and competent with cash handling

n

Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks

n

Ability to deliver consistently high standards of service whilst under pressure in a high volume quick paced environment

n

About you

n

Previous experience in hospitality is essential

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

n

Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential

n

Engaging, energic and approachable personality

n

Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends and public holidays
