Job Description
Barwon Health is seeking a Youth Mental Health Clinician to support young people aged * years within the Youth Continuing Care Service. You will provide evidence-based mental health and AOD care, including assessment, outreach and ongoing care coordination across the region.
n
You will work in a multidisciplinary team under clinical guidance, partnering with families, GPs and community organisations to support recovery journeys.
