The Opportunity

Ready to become a Mini Monstars Coach?

n

We're looking for energetic, reliable and engaging coaches to deliver our signature play-based movement programs across Traralgon, Sale and surrounding areas, working with children aged 0–5 years in early learning centres.

n

Using our pre-written, proven programs, you'll bring sessions to life through movement, music, sport and imagination, helping little learners build confidence, coordination and a lifelong love of being active.

n

Please note: This role involves travelling between early learning centres, including Sale, so applicants must be comfortable travelling throughout the local area.

n

What Your Day Looks Like

n

n
- Deliver fun, high-energy sessions (30–45 minutes)
n
- Lead groups of up to 20 children through structured play
n
- Jump, move and demonstrate activities — yes, bunny hops included!
n
- Create a safe, inclusive and positive environment
n
- Work closely with educators to support each group
n
- Travel between early learning centres
n
- Shifts run mornings through early afternoons, Monday–Friday
n
- Perfect for school hours or around your university schedule
n

Requirements

- Current Employee Working with Children Check
n
- Experience working with children, particularly children aged 0–5
n
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Comfortable travelling between centres, including Sale
n
- Understanding of ECEC frameworks such as EYLF and NQS
n
