Ventia is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to supervise three Youth Justice sites—Parkville, Little River and Malmsbury—and lead three cleaning teams to maintain high standards across all locations. You will drive quality checks, deliver toolbox talks, and coach staff to ensure secure, effective operations.
