Contracts Administrator | Commercial Fit-Out and Refurbishment

A Tier 1 fit-out and refurbishment contractor is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their Sydney team.

The business delivers a strong, consistent pipeline of commercial projects across multiple sectors, typically valued up to $20M+ in Sydney.

This is a hands-on CA role working closely with Project Managers across multiple projects in fast-paced, live environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage subcontract procurement, tendering and contract administration across multiple commercial projects
- Assess progress claims, manage variations and administer subcontract payments
- Prepare trade packages, scopes of work and negotiate subcontract agreements
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Ensure contractual compliance while identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist Project Managers with commercial programming and project delivery
- Monitor project budgets,



forecasting and monthly cost reporting

About You

- Demonstrated experience delivering commercial fit out, refurbishment and/or Design & Construct projects
- Minimum 3 years' Contracts Administration experience within the Australian commercial construction industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement, cost control, subcontract management and contract administration
- Able to managemultiple projects simultaneously
- Experience withProcore, Buildsoft, Cheops, Jobpac or similar
- Experience deliveringlive environment projects
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (desired)
