Beachmere Medical Centre is seeking an experienced and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Beachmere, QLD. This is a part-time position that will see you playing a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

What you’ll be doing

- Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Handling patient enquiries and bookings over the phone and in-person
- Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
- Assisting with administrative tasks and general office duties
- Working collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations
