Position Overview:

As a Parts Interpreter, you will be at the forefront of customer service, handling quote and order requests via phone, email, and our online systems. Your expertise in interpreting Mazda, Isuzu Ute, and GWM Haval parts through Electronic Parts Catalogues will be crucial. Utilising our Pentana system, you'll process quotations and orders with precision, ensuring prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customer enquiries for quotes and orders.
- Utilise Electronic Parts Catalogues to interpret Mazda, Isuzu Ute,



and GWM Haval parts.
- Efficiently process quotations and orders using the Pentana system.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Follow up on quotations to secure orders and provide updates to customers.
- Identify additional parts requirements and effectively upsell where applicable.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order statuses.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter preferred.
- Sound knowledge of both mechanical and body components for motor vehicles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with Mazda catalogues and Pentana/ERA dealer management systems is advantageous.
- Previous experience in body/smash parts sales is beneficial.
- Commitment to safe working procedures.
- Generous monthly bonus structure linked to departmental targets.
- Full-time position (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
