Mercedes-Benz Townsville requires an individual with outstanding customer service and communication skills to carry out the role of Service Receptionist / Trainee Service Advisor in our Mercedes-Benz Service Department.

This position is a customer-facing role and requires customer centric focus on assisting our customers and service team to deliver industry leading customer service on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of great customer service, excellent phone manner, and the ability to work as part of a team.You may already have advisor experience and be wanting a less demanding enviroment.
