About the role

We are seeking aProject Coordinator / Project Administratorto support day-to-day project delivery and workforce mobilisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, systems, and keeping people and paperwork moving—particularly acrossonboarding/offboarding,site inductions, and project compliance requirements.

You’ll be basedfull-time in our Mascot office, working closely with project teams and operations to ensure smooth mobilisation and strong site/admin support.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinateonboarding and offboardingfor project employees and contractors (documentation, checks, records, system updates).
- Manage and scheduleemployee site inductions(including ensuring completion and tracking of required training).
- Maintain accurate employee and project records: licences, tickets, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (project managers, supervisors, HR/payroll as applicable) and external site/client contacts.
- Support mobilisation activities including rosters, site access requests, and general project coordination.




- Assist with reporting and compliance tracking using relevant platforms (including safety / induction systems).
- Provide general project administration support: meeting notes, document control, registers, and correspondence.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in aProject Coordinator / Project Admin / Site Admintype role (construction, civil, infrastructure, plant hire, or similar).
- Plant hire industry experienceand/orTier 1 contractor/project experience(preferred).
- Strong capability with systems and admin processes—comfortable working across multiple platforms.
- Experience or familiarity with safety/induction platforms such as3D Safety(or similar systems) is highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, team-first approach.
