Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a leading transport organisation in Heatherton to recruit an experienced Fleet Recruitment Officer. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and retention of driver subcontractors across vehicle classes, from 1-tonne vehicles to B-Doubles.

Reporting to the Victorian Operations Manager, you will attract, assess and onboard suitable subcontractor drivers, maintain a solid candidate pipeline and ensure compliance while supporting fleet growth
