ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a hands‐on sales leader to grow its presence and market position across South Australia, while leading a small local team. The role will build solid relationships across the architecture and design community, driving product specification with architects, designers, engineers, contractors and distributors. You'll take ownership of the state sales strategy, new business development, key accounts and overall sales performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Develop and deliver the SA sales strategy and territory plan
Build relationships across the architecture and design community
Drive product specification with architects, designers and consultants
Identify and win new customers and market prospects
Manage key accounts, pricing, margins and sales performance
Lead, coach and develop the local sales team
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Strong architecture and design industry relationships
Proven sales and business development experience
Experience driving product specification
Solid commercial awareness across pricing and margins
