The role also supports purchasing card (P‐Card) administration and compliance, contributing to robust data integrity, fraud prevention and productive shared‐services operations.
Key responsibilities
This role delivers accurate, timely and high quality customer focussed services and liaises with clients for first point of contact enquiries.
The position also provides back up support for debt recovery and purchasing card transactions.
This role works in a team to provide high-quality customer-focused accounts payable and accounts receivable services to clients at all levels in the Department and the TAFE Colleges.
