RATP Dev Australia is seeking a proactive Payroll Advisor to manage the compliant, end-to-end payroll lifecycle across NSW and VIC. You will support Western Sydney Airport and Suburban Rail Loop project workforces, ensuring adherence to multi-state legislation, EAs, and Contemporary Awards.

The role requires 4–5 years of payroll experience, familiarity with Kronos/UKG, Employment Hero and Xero, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. A degree in Business, Accounting or HR is preferred.
