We have a great opportunity for experienced Pipe Welders and/or Pipe Fitters to join the team at a large company based in Brisbane working on complex mining skids and associated pipework. This is a full time role with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Duties Include -
- Pipe welding and/or fitting
- Pipe Fitter - Fit and fabricate pipe spools and fuel transfer syetems
- Medium to Heavy Fabrication
- Pipe welder - Stainless steel and Carbon steel
- Correct welding processes of fuel pipe work
- Interpreting Engineering Drawings
Requirements and Qualifications -
- Trade Qualification - Boilermaker/special class welder or relevant pipe welding certification
- Experience welding or fitting piping for water, oil and gas applications
- Capable of reading engineering drawings / isometric drawings
Duration and Conditions -
- 45-50 Hr Weeks
- Long term leading to permanent work
- $60-$62.00/hr + Penalties
