Project Architect - High-End Residential & Modular Projects n

A highly regarded architecture practice is looking to appoint an experiencedProject Architect to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong and design-focused Architect to take genuine ownership of projects and work closely with clients across the full project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have solid local experience deliveringhigh-end residential projects , with the ability to confidently lead projects from concept and design development through to documentation, construction and completion.

n

You'll be highly proficient in Revit , with strong technical and documentation capabilities, a refined design aesthetic and the confidence to manage projects autonomously. You'll also have the opportunity to work across both the architectural design and interior fit-out of projects, with direct client and site involvement.

The role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis.

KeyResponsibilities n

n
- Lead multiple projects from concept through to completion
n
- Take ownership of project delivery, programme and quality
n
- Work directly with clients, consultants and contractors
n
- Develop concepts through to detailed design and construction
n
- Produce and oversee high-quality Revit documentation
n
- Coordinate consultants and manage project teams
n




- Work across both architecture and interior fit-out
n
- Be actively involved on site and throughout construction
n
- Contribute to the continued growth of the practice
n

Skills &Experience; n

n
- Registered Architect with a Master of Architecture
n
- Experience within the Australian industry
n
- Strong experience delivering high-end residential and/or modular projects
n
- Proven experience running projects across multiple stages
n
- Advanced Revit skills with strong documentation capabilities
n
- Strong technical, construction and detailing knowledge
n
- Good understanding of planning processes and the BCA
n
- Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
n
- Confident communicating with clients, consultants and contractors
n
- Design-focused with excellent attention to detail
n
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working autonomously
n
