This program is BRAND CURRENT - we already have a stack of AMAZINNNGG coaches and looking for 2 more!! We've delivered our workshops and mentoring to 400+ small businesses already and the demand is huuuuuge so it's time to add to our coaching pool.

We're NOW currently looking for 2 x Digital Mentors with a special focus on Social Media Marketing and or Meta Ad to support thousands of small and micro-business owners through an exciting new program. If you specialise in other digital topics, just mention in your cover letter and we can see what may be on offer!!!

ABOUT YOU

You have experience running a small business before and you understand what it actually takes to scale one and get it online. You're passionate about sharing what you know so other people can succeed, not just talking theory.

You're practical and solutions focused. When someone's stuck,



you don't overload them with options, you help them find the things that'll actually move them forward. And you don't let it stop there, you hold people accountable to what they said they'd do, because good intentions don't grow a business, ACTION does!!

You're personable and easy to talk to, comfortable adapting to whoever's in front of you, because no two business owners or sessions look the same. And you don't need to tick every box on this list. If you're strong in one or two areas and genuinely good at explaining things simply, that matters more to us than a perfect resume.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Mentoring + Delivery - 100%. Deliver practical digital mentoring sessions face-to-face at our Haymarket Launchpad AND online via Microsoft Teams. Sessions are 90 minutes and must be focused on helping each business owner achieve a clear, practical digital outcome by the end of the session. Mentors are also required to complete brief session notes after each mentoring session to record key discussion points, actions agreed and next steps. You do not need to do any admin, program promotion, etc etc outside of your paid hours.

Applicants are encouraged to nominate the priority digital topics they are strongest in within their cover letter. Note. You do not need experience across all five priority digital capability areas.

The five priority digital capability areas include:

- Introduction to digitalising your small business
- Social media
- Digital marketing and selling online
- Using business software, AI and emerging technologies
- Cybersecurity and data privacy

OTHER INFORMATION

Hourly Rate: From $45 to $57.69 per hour on a casual basis ($93k to $120k p.a pro-rata - rates are inc super)

Hours: 7.6 hours to 22.8 hours per week - our calendars are totally full at the moment across all of our coaches so we're looking for people who are excited to do 4-5 sessions per day.

Location: ASE Haymarket Launchpad - 8 Cunningham Street, Haymarket (ideally!) or Microsoft Teams Virtual Coaching (it's a cool ex chocolate factory!!)
