Robinvale District Health Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate Allied Health Assistant to join our team on a full time basis.

Based in Robinvale, Victoria, this role provides essential support to our multidisciplinary Allied Health team, helping clients achieve their health and wellbeing goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes within a supportive regional health service.

About the Role

As an Allied Health Assistant, you will work under the supervision of qualified Allied Health Professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting Allied Health professionals in the delivery of client care and rehabilitation programs
- Supporting clients with mobility, self-care and daily living activities
- Setting up, maintaining and cleaning therapy equipment and treatment areas
- Providing administrative support to the Allied Health team
- Participating in client assessments and goal setting (under supervision)
- Educating and supporting clients and their families/carers
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Empathy, patience and a genuine passion for improving client outcomes
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
