About therole:
n
We areseeking Survey Assistants on a permanent full-time basis, DIDO from Sydney orNewcastle. In this role you will assist SeniorSurveyors in carrying out a variety of survey works, ensuring outcomes aredelivered to the required scope, schedule and standard.

Key Responsibilities
n

Assist with the setup of
surveyinstrumentation
and onsite preparation for projects
n
Assist with survey
instrumentationmaintenance
and configuration of equipment as directed
n
Assist with the capture of fielddata as directed by lead surveyor
n
Ensure survey and




compliancechecklists
are completed and correctly recorded
n
Assist with processing of fielddata as directed by lead surveyor
n
Demonstrate a commitment to WHSEQand the assessment and management of health and safety risk that isconsistent with Group WHSEQ policy, procedures, roles and responsibilities
n
Other duties and accountabilitiesas reasonably required and directed
n

Keyrequirements:
n
n
CertificateII in surveying, spatial science or similar (desirable)
n
Validdriver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites
n
Demonstratedability
to work effectively as part of a team
n
Goodwritten and verbal communication skills
n
n
