Job Description
Oaks Sydney North Ryde Suites, part of Minor Hotels ANZ, is looking for a full time Guest Service Agent who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and share local recommendations to enhance each stay.

You will communicate across channels, maintain accurate reservations in our property management system, and act as the main point of contact throughout guests' stays.
