About the Role

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of production estimating across a range of developments.

Duties

- Provide accurate pricing for contracts and variations including appropriate margin considerations
- Obtain relevant quotes and pricing for non-standard variations
- Negotiate rates and costs with preferred and non-standard suppliers, sub-contractors and trades
- Produce accurate documentation within budgeted time lines
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services
- Preparing accurate BOQ's
- Excellent customer service skills, working with supervisors, suppliers, trades, and contractors
- Maintaining trade and supplier relationships

Skills & Experience





- Minimum 3 years estimating experience with a residential builder or developer is preferred
- Diploma in Building and Construction or trade background will be highly favourable
- Prior experience using estimating software and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills when dealing supervisors, suppliers, trades, and contractors
- Base salary of $100K - $120k + superannuation
- Work with an established and award winning developer within the residential construction industry
