East Maitland Bowling Club is one of the largest registered clubs in the Hunter Valley. Comprising of two club premises, East Maitland Bowling Club and East's Leisure & Golf Club. The Bowling Club features two fabulous restaurants, the superb Scarborough Function Centre, a cafe, gaming, sports lounge and three bowling greens (two covered synthetic, one barefoot bowls) complemented by our newest, exciting addition of an outdoor entertainment area, "The Social".

At the Golf Club there is the delightful Ollieo's restaurant, fitness centre, gaming and fantastic Fairways Function Centre and private terrace space all overlooking the championship 18 hole golf course.

As an experienced Event Co-Ordinator, reporting to senior Management and working in conjunction with fellow Event Staff, you will be required to organise and co-ordinate corporate and private functions, weddings and other significant events.



Flexible roster and weekend work is required.

Key responsibilities

- Co-ordination of all Club events from inception, planning and overseeing operations on the day
- Management of bookings in Club's event software
- Liaising with clients (face to face, email, phone) and at the Event
- Explicit, accurate communication with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders re event info

About you

- Computer proficiency, knowledge of Momentus Elite event software an advantage
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Focus and attention to detail
- Creativity, personality and presentation
