Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Reliability Engineer to join their manufacturing operation in Somersby. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to gain hands‑on experience in reliability, maintenance and manufacturing within a dynamic industrial workplace.

Working alongside experienced engineering and maintenance professionals, you'll develop practical skills while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability projects across a busy manufacturing site.

About the Role

- Supporting reliability and maintenance improvement initiatives
- Assisting with equipment performance and reliability investigations
- Collecting, analysing and interpreting maintenance and equipment data
- Supporting preventative and corrective maintenance activities
- Assisting with engineering and continuous improvement projects
- Maintaining engineering and maintenance documentation
- Supporting SAP and maintenance management systems
- Collaborating with Maintenance, Production and Engineering teams
- Providing general engineering support across the site

About You

- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering,



Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline, or currently nearing completion
- Previous engineering, manufacturing, maintenance or industrial experience, gained through employment, internships or placements
- A genuine interest in reliability, maintenance and manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A practical, hands‑on approach
- The ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Experience with SAP or maintenance management systems will be highly regarded but is not essential.
